Dr. Stef Gatica, DNP
Dr. Stefanie Gatica is a board certified family nurse practitioner. Dr. Stef has been in the medical field for more than 30 years working in a variety of settings, including the Emergency Room, Urgent Care, pediatrics, aesthetics and dermatology. Dr. Stef was fortunate to receive a 3 month dermatology residency in West Des Moines with a prominent dermatologist, and then managed a medical and cosmetic dermatology clinic in Beaverdale for more than 7 years, where she was the sole provider. After leaving a robust practice to spend more time with family, Dr. Stef began to teach online for Walden University, where she soon moved up to the position of Family Nurse Practitioner Program Coordinator. Dr. Stef has spent the last 17 doing aesthetics injections and treatments and loves to share her knowledge of this industry for those starting out, or those just advancing their current skill set.
